Welcome to SRV Hub, operated by SRVertex LTD. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of sale and use of our website www.srvhub.co.uk. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Commitment to Fairness

We comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We want our customers to be confident shopping with us, so we offer a 28-day return period from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping intact).

3. Contract Formation

3.1. When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not acceptance of your order.
3.2. A legally binding contract is formed when your order is dispatched.
3.3. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if:

  • The item is out of stock,

  • Payment cannot be authorised,

  • A pricing or description error occurs, or

  • Delivery is not possible to your address.

If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. Prices are as shown on our website and include VAT at the applicable UK rate.
4.2. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
4.3. We make every effort to ensure all prices are accurate. If a product is priced incorrectly, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel.
4.4. Payment is taken at the time of order using one of the accepted payment methods shown on the website.
4.5. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

5. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales

5.1. Orders of five or more units of the same product, or any order clearly made for resale or trade purposes, will be treated as a business-to-business sale.
5.2. B2B transactions are not subject to consumer cancellation rights or the 28-day return policy.
5.3. Business buyers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours of receipt.
5.4. Our liability for B2B sales is limited to the replacement or refund of the goods purchased. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or business interruption.

6. Delivery

6.1. We deliver within the UK using Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL, and Amazon Shipping, and internationally where available.
6.2. Delivery times vary depending on location and service chosen. Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout.
6.3. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you agree to allow the parcel to be delivered to a neighbour or safe place.
6.4. Ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to you once they are delivered.
6.5. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, which must be paid by the recipient.
6.6. Please contact us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date if your parcel has not arrived.

7. Cancellations and Returns (Consumers Only)

7.1. You may cancel your order within 28 days of receiving your goods.
7.2. To cancel, contact us by email at cs@srvhub.co.uk or in writing.
7.3. You must return the goods at your own cost in their original packaging and unused condition to:

7.4. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
7.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items.
7.6. We reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs if goods are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in re-saleable condition.
7.7. Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items,

  • Opened liquid or hygiene products,

  • Items damaged through misuse or neglect.

8. Age-Restricted, Sharp, or Hazardous Products

8.1. Certain products (e.g., sharp objects, aerosols, or liquid-based items) are restricted to customers aged 18 and over.
8.2. By purchasing such items, you confirm you are of legal age. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that we believe breaches this requirement.
8.3. Always use restricted or hazardous products responsibly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s safety instructions.

9. Damaged or Faulty Goods

9.1. Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and do not accept visibly damaged packages.
9.2. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, notify us as soon as possible.
9.3. We may request photos or a return for inspection.
9.4. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

10.1. Promotional codes, multi-buy offers, and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
10.2. Only one discount code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
10.3. If a promotion is found to contain an error (price, date, or terms), we may cancel or amend the offer without liability.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to SRVertex LTD.
11.2. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written consent.
11.3. “SRV Hub” is a trading name of SRVertex LTD. Other trademarks appearing on our site belong to their respective owners.

12. Privacy and Data Use

13. Liability

13.1. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
13.2. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the price paid for the goods.
13.3. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

14. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at complaints@srvhub.co.uk.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and respond fully within 10 working days.
If we cannot resolve the issue, you may refer it to an approved alternative dispute resolution body.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.
