Are product photos always exact?

What if there's a pricing mistake?

If an item has been listed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order before dispatch and offer you the option to place a new order at the correct price.

Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen, except where required by law.
