By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses or harmful material

  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems

  • Use the website for fraudulent purposes

  • Copy, reproduce or exploit website content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend access if these terms are breached.

2. Contract Formation

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt.

  • This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  • A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch if:

  • The item is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • A pricing or description error occurs

  • We suspect fraud

  • Delivery is not possible

If cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the applicable UK rate.

Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price where the error is obvious.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom and internationally.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Under UK law, goods will be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Risk transfers to you once goods are delivered to the address provided.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes and import charges.

5. Cancellation and Returns

Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We also offer a voluntary 28-day return policy, subject to conditions.

6. Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and timeframe.

7. Business-to-Business Sales

Orders clearly made for trade, resale or bulk purchase may be treated as business-to-business transactions.

Business sales are excluded from consumer cancellation rights.

Our liability for business purchases is limited to the price paid for the goods.

We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or business interruption.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to SRVertex LTD.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruption, natural disasters, government restrictions or industrial action.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and respond within 10 working days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Consumers may bring proceedings in their local UK courts where applicable.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version in force at the time of your order will apply.
