We regularly review our product range and remove any items that no longer meet our quality or safety standards.

Toys & Children's Products
The safety of children is extremely important to us.
Many toys and children's products sold by SRV Hub are designed for specific age groups. Please always:
- Check the recommended age shown on the product packaging.
- Follow all safety warnings and instructions.
- Keep products containing small parts away from children under 3 years old.
- Adult supervision may be required for certain products.

Reporting a Product Safety Concern
If you believe a product purchased from SRV Hub may present a safety risk, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where possible
This helps us investigate the matter quickly and, where necessary, work with the manufacturer or relevant authorities.
Counterfeit & Unsafe Products
SRV Hub does not knowingly sell counterfeit, imitation or unsafe products.
