- Open the product page for the item you bought.
- Click Write a review.
- Tell us what you liked (or what we should improve).
Reviews on product pages are collected through our verified review app (Opinew). Where possible, we ask for feedback after a real purchase.
Independent Trustpilot reviews
We are setting up a Trustpilot profile for SRV Hub / SRVertex LTD so shoppers can also leave independent reviews.
Once the profile is live, we will link it here and in the footer.
Until then, please use the on-site product review form, or email cs@srvhub.co.uk with your order number if you need help.
How we handle reviews
- We welcome both positive and critical feedback.
- We do not invent star ratings or testimonials.
