This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through https://srvhub.co.uk.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM are usually dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

All orders are subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.


2. UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail, DPD and other recognised courier services for UK deliveries.

Delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 working days

  • Express Delivery: 1 to 2 working days

  • Guaranteed Next Day: Available on selected services where stated

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Under UK law, goods will be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.


3. International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier used. Typical estimates:

  • Europe: 5 to 10 working days

  • Rest of the World: 7 to 15 working days

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance or local courier delays.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local handling charges

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, return costs may be deducted from any refund.


4. Tracking

All orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services where available.

Tracking details will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

It is your responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability to receive the parcel.


5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • For UK deliveries, please allow an additional 2 to 3 working days.

  • For international deliveries, please allow an additional 3 to 7 working days.

If the parcel still has not arrived, contact us at cs@srvhub.co.uk with your order number.

We may require confirmation from the courier before issuing a replacement or refund.


6. Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.

Risk transfers when the goods are delivered to the address specified in your order.


8. Restricted Items

Certain items, including liquids, aerosols or battery-operated products, may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on destination or courier policy.

If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Transport disruption

  • Customs delays

  • Industrial action

  • Government restrictions
