If you've arranged to pay by bank transfer, we'll provide our bank details and begin processing your order once cleared funds have been received.


Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes.

Your payment is processed using secure, encrypted technology provided by trusted payment partners.

We never store your full debit or credit card details on our servers.


When will I be charged?

For online payments, your payment is normally authorised and taken when you place your order.

For bank transfer orders, we'll begin processing your order once cleared funds have been received.


Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes.

Bank transfer is available for selected orders by prior arrangement.

Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to pay by bank transfer.

We'll provide our bank details and process your order once payment has cleared.


Why was my payment declined?

Payments can occasionally be declined for reasons beyond our control, including:

  • Incorrect payment details.
  • Insufficient available funds.
  • Security checks carried out by your bank.
  • Card restrictions.
  • Temporary technical issues.

If your payment is declined, please check your details and try again. If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes.

Once your order has been placed successfully, we'll send you an order confirmation by email.

If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your Junk or Spam folder before contacting us.

Prices & Currency

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and shown clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase.


Promotional Codes & Gift Cards

If you have a valid promotional code or gift card, you can enter it during checkout where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order.
  • Promotional codes cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional codes cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed.
  • Additional terms may apply to specific promotions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are always returned to the original payment method used to place your order.

Once we've processed your refund, your bank or payment provider may take up to 5 working days to credit the funds back to your account, although many refunds appear much sooner.
