At SRV Hub, we take pride in delivering your orders quickly and securely.
All parcels are dispatched from our UK warehouse at Unit 3060, 92 Oldfields Road, Sutton, SM1 2NU.

1. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the next working day.

• Orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

• We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays).

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking link for real-time updates.

2. UK Delivery Options

We partner with Royal Mail and DPD to provide reliable and fully tracked delivery services across the United Kingdom.

Free Delivery

• Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48

• Eligibility: Available on all orders over £30

• Estimated Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Standard Delivery

• Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48

• Estimated Delivery: 2–4 working days

• Cost: Calculated at checkout for orders under £30

Express Delivery

• Service: Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day

• Estimated Delivery: 1–2 working days

• Cost: Displayed at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery location

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

• Service: Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1:00 PM) or DPD Next Day

• Delivery Time: Next working day (Monday to Saturday)

• Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

3. International Delivery

We deliver to most countries using DPD International Standard and Royal Mail International Tracked services.

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local handling fees applied by customs in the destination country.

4. Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.
You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email, allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress online.

5. Delivery Delays

We work with trusted couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery, and over 98% of parcels arrive on time.
However, occasional delays may occur due to courier routing issues or exceptional circumstances.

If your order has not arrived:

• For UK deliveries, please allow an additional 2–3 working days beyond the estimated delivery date.

• For international deliveries, please allow an additional 3–7 working days.

If your parcel still hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us at cs@srvhub.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.

6. Delivery Address and Responsibility

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once your parcel has been delivered to the address provided, ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to you.

7. Restricted Items

Certain items (such as liquids, aerosols, or batteries) may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on destination or courier policy.
If any item in your order cannot be shipped for safety or legal reasons, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

8. Large or Bulk Orders

For large or trade orders, we can arrange courier or pallet delivery via DPD or other logistics partners.
Delivery costs and lead times will be confirmed before dispatch.
