This policy explains our delivery options, dispatch times and everything you need to know before placing an order.

Delivery times may be slightly longer depending on the destination.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch:
Monday to Friday
Orders placed before 1:00pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 1:00pm will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Saturday
Orders placed before 11:00am are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00am will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on Sundays or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Which courier do you use?
Most orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services.
Depending on the size, weight or destination of your order, we may occasionally use another trusted courier.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email your tracking details so you can follow your delivery online.
If you haven't received your tracking email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
My parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Most deliveries arrive within the estimated delivery time.
If your parcel hasn't arrived, please allow:
- an extra working day during busy periods
- additional time for remote locations
- extra time during adverse weather or courier disruption
If your parcel still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll investigate it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
We're working on expanding our international delivery service and expect to resume overseas shipping in the near future.

Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to help.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to change the delivery address.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
If your parcel or its contents arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, include photographs of:
- the parcel
- the packaging
- the damaged item
This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Although most eligible orders leave our warehouse on the same working day, dispatch times may occasionally be affected by:
- exceptionally high order volumes
- severe weather
- courier disruptions
- public holidays
- circumstances outside our reasonable control
If there is an unexpected delay, we'll keep you informed where possible.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown on our website are estimated only.
While we work closely with our delivery partners to achieve these times, they cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We're unable to accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout.
Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because:
- the address was incorrect
- delivery attempts were unsuccessful
- the parcel wasn't collected
we may ask you to pay the cost of re-delivery before sending it again.
Missing Orders
If you believe your order has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as we can.
International Delivery
International shipping is currently unavailable while we complete improvements to our website and delivery services.
